How this is even possible is beyond me. Yahoo only owns 1/3 of Yahoo Japan, which allows Y! Japan to abandon their own namesake?

BizEquity - Rapid Online Company Valuations
Just stumbled across BizEquity.com which with just a few parameters of information can help you valuate a business. Not entirely clear how the valuation works, but from the inputs that it asked me for when trying it out, it looks like the CAPM using a number of different variables to come up with the most accurate discount rate.
